Schedule: Monday - Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT) What are we looking for? Skills Required: 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a focus on CRM and sales systems management. Proven experience with various platforms (e.g. Darwinbox, Sprout, HubSpot, Salesforce) and tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha). Strong analytical skills and experience with sales reporting and data analysis. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Experience with process automation and workflow optimisation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support sales teams. Proficiency with Excel, data visualisation tools and sales analytics software. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. What will you do? Application Coordination: Part of the administration of Darwinbox (HRIS) and other applications and services used by the ConnectOS-Regional Headquarters Core team. HRIS Coordination & Support – Maintain system performance, manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and provide training for end users. System Development & Optimization – Assist in implementing, upgrading, and refining HRIS functions while managing data accuracy, compliance, and security. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting – Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors, oversee HRIS projects, and generate reports and dashboards. Sales Systems & CRM Management – Assist in the administration, optimization, and integration of sales-related systems, including CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), lead generation tools (Clutch, Apollo, Lusha), and other sales enablement technologies. Ensure data integrity, process alignment, and seamless system functionality. Process Optimization & Analytics – Continuously refine sales processes through automation, data analysis, and best practices. Develop and maintain performance dashboards, providing insights for data-driven decision-making. Training, Support & Collaboration – Train and support sales teams on CRM best practices and tool usage while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT to streamline workflows and ensure smooth lead handoffs. Vendor & Data Quality Management – Maintain high data quality through governance practices and manage vendor relationships, evaluating new technologies to enhance the sales stack.
