The Opportunity This is not for the average OM. This isn’t a side hustle. This isn’t a gig. We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to make QuietLab more efficient, transparent, and scalable. You’ll build strong processes and reporting systems while leading the fulfillment, customer success, and data teams. Your goal is to keep our operations efficient and transparent — making sure teams have the right processes, data, and tools to deliver results quickly. What You Will Do Lead and grow the CS, logistics, and data teams. Manage day-to-day fulfillment, logistics, CS, 3PL and inventory. Improve the bottom line by optimizing refund rates, customer satisfaction, costs, and returning customer rates. Partner with BI/Data to develop a scalable data infrastructure and reporting systems across teams. Simplify and streamline core processes to eliminate bottlenecks across teams. Operate as the CEO’s right hand - turning chaos into clarity and execution. Who You Are 3+ years in Operations Management at a fast-growing DTC brand. Proven record leading and scaling fulfillment, logistics, data and customer success teams. Proven record in building simple and scalable systems, processes, workflows and data structures. Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, AOV, refund %, CSAT). A hands‑on leader who builds strong teams and holds them to high standards. Fast, detail‑oriented, and deeply organized. Simplicity – We challenge the status quo, cut what’s unnecessary, and build lean. What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days Day 30 Audit our current operations and team. You are fully accountable for CS, inventory and logistics. You have developed a clear reporting structure for your teams. You have built our inventory management and fulfillment dashboards. Day 60 We started the 3PL transition and things are moving smoothly. You deployed the first initiatives to improve refund rate and returning customers (targets not disclosed here). Processes and workflows are set up in ClickUp for the main departments – you will work with consultants, our data engineering and developer teams to help get this setup. Day 90 Refund rate and returning customer rate are improving (targets not disclosed here). Data infrastructure is built and reporting is easily accessible and reliable.
