Overview
We are a dynamic, fast-growing team seeking a versatile HR professional who can lead HR initiatives while providing high-level virtual support to leadership. Responsibilities- Support recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating job offers, onboarding logistics, and coordinating with external service providers as needed.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs; manage or oversee offboarding processes for resignations and separations.
- Coordinate payroll input and statutory deductions in collaboration with service providers and finance/accounting teams; ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer benefits (e.g., health insurance, leaves) and assist in compensation planning and payroll-related activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and legal compliance; oversee HR documentation (contracts, NDAs, amendments, etc.).
- Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with labor regulations; monitor compliance with internal controls and government requirements.
- Oversee performance management, goal setting, and development plans; facilitate performance discussions as needed.
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and morale-boosting initiatives; address grievances and resolve workplace issues per due process.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development; provide business-aligned HR insights.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and, if applicable, union relations and negotiations.
- Manage HR operations across touchpoints to ensure consistency and efficiency; support ISO/compliance initiatives and internal audits as required.
- Provide guidance to department heads and staff on HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred in some postings.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist/management experience; 5–7+ years preferred for some roles, with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements; experience with DOLE/Philippine regulations where applicable.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work onsite or remote as required; ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment; some roles require weekend or shifted schedules.
