Overview

Clients work with marketing agencies to get their branding, digital marketing or websites right. And one secret ingredient for a great working relationship between the client and the agency is the Account Manager. We’re looking to upsize the team with a proactive Account Manager — an officer with the client’s success in mind.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships with a focus on success and satisfaction.
  • Provide virtual administrative support and coordinate tasks for a virtual team.
  • Project manage across multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Learn from rejection and feedback; adapt quickly.
  • Juggle multiple tasks and respond quickly to team and client needs.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and perform quality assurance on projects.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and unlearn technical concepts.
  • Apply critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Provide and receive feedback; collaborate effectively with peers and clients.
  • Be a proactive team player who can plan with the client and team without simply saying “yes.”
  • Maintain a proven track record of attendance and schedule adherence.
Qualifications
  • Experience or background in customer service, virtual administrative tasks, and project management of a virtual team.
  • Excellent English communication skills, especially in verbal and written form.
  • Ability to learn from feedback and adapt; capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Great-to-haves
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, Mailchimp.
  • Understanding of how a sales funnel, marketing campaign and website function.
  • Experience in social media management.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm.

Job Type

Full-time Independent Contractor.

Salary

From Php15,000 - 20,000.00 per month.
