Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc. is looking for highly skilled Project Engineers specialising in Mechanical and the other in Electrical Engineering—to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key part in leading and delivering complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will oversee all technical aspects, coordinate teams, and drive successful project execution.

3-5 years of solid experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role

## What You'll Do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and budgets

  Project engineering experience must be gained within manufacturing industry
  - Proven track record in managing end-to-end engineering projects Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  - Identify risks and implement effective solutions
  - Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and client requirements
  - Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
  - Strong project management skills with expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  - Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
  - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  - In-depth knowledge of relevant engineering standards and best practices
