Customer Experience Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide customer service for Amazon 2P and 3P accounts and monitor brand performance. - Represent assigned brands and ensure compliance with online selling policies. - Maintain high performance ratings on Amazon and other marketplaces. - Handle customer inquiries and order issues by coordinating with internal teams (Supplier Management, Listings, Inventory, Pricing, Warehouse). - Manage order updates, confirmations, cancellations, refunds, and delay notifications. - Coordinate with shipping carriers for lost or defective product claims. - Build customer trust and positive feedback. - Update internal tracking tools and spreadsheets. - Support the Customer Service Manager, manage special projects, and act as point of contact when needed. Essential Requirements: - Willing to work night shifts and weekends (rotational schedule). - Strong spoken and written American English communication skills. - Able to multitask and navigate online tools efficiently. - Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with good attendance. - Proven teamwork and willingness to contribute beyond assigned duties. Work Set-up/Schedule: Onsite | Monday - Friday | Night shift
