- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement, meetings, and account management.
- Present company profile, products, and tailored solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with principals, suppliers, and business partners.
- Provide regular updates through weekly activity reports and sales pipeline submissions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings by attending trainings, seminars, and webinars.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture by supporting colleagues and sharing insights.
- Take initiative beyond assigned tasks, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and ownership.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Represent the company in marketing events, trade shows, and activities organized by management, suppliers, or principals.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or account management.
- Background in IT, systems integration, or related industry.
- Established professional network within the IT sector.
- Strong track record in solution selling and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts (e.g., conglomerates, financial institutions, government).
- Successful track record in closing high-value deals.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and opportunity identification.
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations and communicate effectively with senior executives (C-level).
