Overview

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers and suppliers for logistics.
  • Inspect packages and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support inventory management and restocking processes.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient operations.
  • Follow safety and compliance regulations during shipping.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internship experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional warehouse visits; teamwork-oriented atmosphere.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Additional Requirements: NBI / Police Clearance / Government Mandated Numbers
