This is a remote position.
- Client Identification & Research – Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in target markets. Conduct ongoing market and industry research to uncover trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity.
- Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring responsiveness and strategic alignment.
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management – Track, identify, and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline. Drive the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to contract finalization. Coordinate with sales teams to develop and deliver mutually beneficial proposals. Track and report on proposal status and key metrics regularly.
- Proposal & Contract Management – Collaborate with internal teams, including pricing, operations, and project delivery, to develop tailored service proposals. Work with the pricing department to create competitive rate proposals. Prepare and submit sales contracts and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate key terms to internal stakeholders. Monitor project teams’ post-sale to ensure contracts are executed according to agreement.
- Business Strategy & Support – Gather and analyze customer and competitor data to inform business strategy. Make and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and market presence. Create and implement internal business development processes and policies that support operational excellence and scalability.

- Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing client accounts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Manage information in CRM and cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- Help the team meet its sales goal
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials
- Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
What You Must Possess :
- 2+ years' of sales or account management experience
- SaaS sales experience is preferred but not required
- Type A personality (high achiever, ambitious, strong-willed)
- Knowledge of Real Estate (good-to-have)
