Responsibilities

Responsible for managing aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data, provides insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making, and ensures compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (CPA not required)
  • 4-5 years of progressive experience in accounting/financial management with managerial or supervisory role experience
  • Experience with financial management software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Experience in the service and retail industry is a plus
Qualifications / Skills
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and a deep understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Superior data management and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office-based work
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or audits.
