Integrated OS Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Join our team as a Digital & Search Marketing Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Digital & Search Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital & Search Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across web, search, email, and social media platforms. The role involves building and managing marketing automation workflows, segmenting audiences, and personalizing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating website content, ensuring SEO best practices, and collaborating with internal teams to align messaging and campaign goals. Key responsibilities for this role include: Digital Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Website & SEO Management: Maintain, update, and optimize website content, ensuring SEO best practices and brand consistency. Content Creation & Design: Develop engaging content for email, social media, blog posts, and landing pages. Marketing Automation & CRM: Build and manage marketing automation workflows using ActiveCampaign. Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, copywriting, A/B testing, retargeting, and budget management. Collaboration & Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to align messaging and campaign goals. Successful candidates must have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on search and performance marketing. Proven ability to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple verticals. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics. Experience with WordPress, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
