Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for clients across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular reports and actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics for user acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to ensure the brand remains competitive in the market.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing team to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with the overall user experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including ad networks, agencies, and affiliates.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects from across the marketing team
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels including (but not limited to) Meta and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the gaming industry, preferably with a background in iGaming, online entertainment, or digital advertising sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, or similar tools.
