Key Responsibilities Campaign Development: Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies. Content Strategy: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all digital platforms. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve ROI. Website Management: Oversee website updates, ensuring an optimal user experience and adherence to SEO best practices. Brand Management: Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all channels. Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through paid and organic channels. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Go High Level). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
