Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that amplify our brand, increase client engagement, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Content Strategy: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all digital platforms.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Website Management: Oversee website updates, ensuring an optimal user experience and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Brand Management: Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all channels.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through paid and organic channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Go High Level).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
