Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEM strategies, including vendor coordination.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns to enhance performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Create detailed creative briefs for SEM ad assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Plan and strategize social media ad campaigns per brand, defining target audiences and objectives.
  • Monitor social media ad performance, analyzing key metrics like CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Track and assess the quality and conversion rates of leads from digital ads.
Qualifications
  • Has a Bachelor of Science or Arts in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum proven experience of 1-3 years in a digital marketing role
  • Has excellent organizational skills to be able to stick to timelines and manage multiple projects
  • Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager proficient
  • Strong analytics and Excel/Sheets skills
  • Comfortable managing paid budgets & metrics
  • Ability to create detailed creative briefs
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of project management platforms like Trello for collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English – spoken and written
