We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across website, social media, and email platforms. In this role, you’ll combine creative storytelling with data-driven insight to connect global audiences to our extraordinary work. What You’ll Do 1. Website & Digital Content Management Maintain and update AAT’s corporate website using CMS tools (WordPress). Coordinate updates to project portfolios, case studies, and news content. Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns, ensuring high-quality presentation and performance. 2. Social Media & Campaign Execution Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to plan, publish, and track content — particularly on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and monitor ROI. Create short-form content and visuals (using Canva or Adobe Photoshop) to support campaign storytelling. 3. Email Marketing & CRM Integration Develop and schedule email campaigns and automated lead-nurture workflows. Ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement across all digital touchpoints. Coordinate CRM-based communications and assist with data segmentation for campaigns. 4. Analytics, SEO, AI-Driven Discoverability & Performance Reporting Implement SEO and SEM best practices to increase visibility, traffic, and lead quality. Track and report on performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, campaign dashboards). Generate actionable insights to inform content planning and optimize audience engagement. Stay ahead of evolving digital search dynamics, including the integration of large language models (LLMs) and generative-AI search tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). Adapt AAT’s digital content to remain discoverable and authoritative as AI-powered platforms reshape how audiences find and consume information. 5. Internal Communications Support Maintain and enhance content on AAT’s SharePoint-based intranet to support employee engagement and communication across global offices. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing, web content, or communications — ideally with exposure to SEO, CRM platforms, and analytics. Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing (especially LinkedIn). Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent). Familiarity with marketing-CRM integration platforms such as HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365, including campaign automation, contact segmentation, and analytics. Solid data interpretation skills — comfortable turning analytics into action. Basic graphic design skills for resizing or creating campaign visuals (Adobe CS, Photoshop). Experience supporting or managing internal communication tools (e.g., SharePoint) is a plus. Excellent English writing and editing skills; attention to visual and verbal detail.
