Assessment Processing Administrator

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: 4:00 PM - 12:00 MN PH time

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 25,000 to 30,000

We are looking for an Administrator who will be part of our Manila VQ Assessment Processing Team within Operations, where our primary purpose is to ensure efficient and accurate administration of the key functions related to end-to-end exams processing.

Responsibilities
  • Completing a range of tasks related to exams processing, following agreed Working Instructions to work independently or as part of a team
  • Providing a positive and professional service to customers, ensuring enquiries are managed effectively
  • Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation
  • Maintaining levels of efficiency and productivity, meeting deadlines and adhering to agreed quality standards
  • Identifying and reporting any processing failures in a timely manner, collaborating on solutions and appropriate courses of action
  • Providing input into the ongoing review of Working Instructions
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing of current and new systems, reporting defects and possible solutions
  • Supporting and collaborating with colleagues within the team, and around the organisation
Ideal candidate qualities / Qualifications
  • You have significant experience of working with complex systems and a variety of processes
  • You have proven customer service skills and experience of working with both internal and external customers
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
