Duties:

  • Operations analysis and improvement;
  • Benchmark industry practice and standard protocol;
  • Operations risk assessment;
  • Review of Organizational structure and prepare requirements, specifications, and recommendations;
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) to ensure control measures are in place;
  • Standardize and harmonize forms and reports in coordination with the Legal Department and process owners;
  • Conduct trainings, presentations, walkthrough or workshops related to the project;
  • Oversee insurance activities of the Company and its subsidiaries/affiliates as defined;
  • Recommend insurance alternatives;
  • Help develop the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5 years work experience as Business Process Specialist, Documentation Specialist or Policy Specialist in any industry
  • Must have good working knowledge in standardization of processes and procedures
  • Strong background in Business Process Design, Policy Documentation, Business Writing, Project Management, Quality Assurance Testing
  • Possess both soft and hard skills on customer service, decision making, facilitation, supervisory skills and professionalism
