This role will support the department leadership team by providing accurate financial reporting, data gathering, and analysis of key business indicators and operational metrics. You’ll report to the Executive Director of Operations. This position evaluates, designs, builds and supports all aspects of the development of system reports using MS Windows platforms. This role will help provide reporting for our clients and help provide insight into our world‑class delivery. During a Typical Day, You’ll: Build and distribute reporting of key indicators, operational metrics, and department metrics promptly. Track and analyze department operating results compared with forecasts and operating plans. Develop forecasting of operational targets on an ongoing basis. Support employee rewards/incentive programs by supervising performance metrics. Develop metrics to measure and evaluate the performance of departmental projects. Survey report information to break down variances between the operations plan and results, recognize trends, and identify areas for business improvement. Communicate reporting and analysis across all brands and sales regions. Conduct data gathering and analysis to support problem‑solving and development of conclusions and recommendations in response to various initiatives. Partner with IT to develop appropriate report specifications to improve ongoing reporting.
