Responsibilities- To supervise the administration, implementation and rollout of the benefits programs of the Company.
- To evaluate and negotiate the best benefit proposals for the Company and employees.
- To ensure employees are informed of their benefits and are able to optimize applicable benefits.
- Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course.
- Experience in a similar role for at least two (2) years.
- HRIS familiarity will be an advantage.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Schedule: 10-hour shift, Day shift
