About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and tech‑savvy Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our client’s executive team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in executive support, excels in a fast‑paced environment, and leverages advanced technical skills to streamline tasks and improve efficiency. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities to anticipate and address the needs of the executives. Responsibilities — what you’ll do Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across time zones, prioritizing engagements, and making adjustments as necessary. Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences. Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and external partners. Prepare, review, and format documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy. Assist with email management, ensuring priority messages are flagged and responses are timely. Oversee and track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. Utilize advanced software skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools) to optimize workflows and assist in automating repetitive tasks. Leverage technology to improve efficiency, including using scheduling tools, CRM systems, and data management platforms. Handle expense reporting, billing, and reimbursements. Conduct research and compile information for decision‑making purposes as requested by executives. Requirements 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of supporting C‑level executives. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules and high‑level projects. High proficiency with office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly. Fully fluent in English. Skilled in the use of apps and technology. Ability to commit long‑term and full‑time. This position is for serious, career‑oriented candidates. Qualities we look for Experience in a technology‑driven environment or familiarity with automation tools is preferred. Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present information in a confident, clear, and concise manner over different media. Building relationships is one of your core competencies. Agile and able to manage duties being assigned with a high degree of prioritization. Proven ability to take initiative, anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision. Able to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.
