Role Overview: Charts the Innovation strategy of the segment handled by defining the business growth & expansion opportunities, NPD strategic direction, and portfolio development and management Translates strategic priorities into operational reality by driving end-to-end project management and leading cross functional teams Overall stewardship and effective management of segment resources Actively seeks out new ideas by identifying market trends and insights that can be used as input to Innovation strategy and recommends process improvements for replicability. Required Qualifications: Attained bachelor’s degree in any business, science, or engineering-related course With at least three (3) years of experience in product development and/or product launches Adept at project management and with cross-functional/task force team management and leadership experience; can handle multiple projects simultaneously Must be analytical, integrative and strategic in thinking and process-oriented Experience in pharma industry is an advantage We are committed to providing our employees with the best possible experience.
