Role Overview: Development of Brand PlansAnalyzes market data and trends to identify growth opportunities and insights for the brand Creates brand vision, strategies, positioning, and communication plans Aligns with Enablers and applies knowledge of Unilab processes Guides direct reports in market analysis and plan development Launching of New ProductsPrepares and leads collaboration with Enablers to deliver New Product requirements and launch Management of Brand FinancialsDelivers brand sales targets and profitability Monitors actual product expenses vs budget Management of Brand InventoriesBalances supply and demand forecasts to support healthy inventories Customer Relationship ManagementMaintains Key Opinion Leader advisors and expands to other prescribers Designs solutions to enhance customer experience Qualifications: Attained bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media and Communications, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent 2-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, or Business Development Understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) and financial measures Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Diligent, strategic, and detail-oriented We are committed to providing our employees with the best experience, supporting development, and creating a fitting career path.
