Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand success? We’re looking for an ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and fuel business growth.

About the Role:
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement impactful strategies across multiple channels. Your role will involve managing campaigns, analyzing market data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and fostering relationships with external agencies to enhance our brand’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and brand strategies.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign delivery.
-Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures and digital content.
-Analyze market data to provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
-Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
-Support events, trade shows, and product launches.
-Collaborate with sales and project teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
-Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices.
-Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on campaign management and digital marketing.
-Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.
-Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
-Creative problem-solver with a passion for marketing innovation.
-Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong on hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)
