Responsibilities As an IT Administrator, you are responsible for implementing, maintaining, and securing MVC's Information and Technology hardware, software, information and network connectivity. You are also responsible for identifying, initiating, and implementing IT-related projects that will improve the delivery of the company's business processes. Network Administration: Installation, configuration, maintenance and security of computer hardware, network equipment, software systems and other related equipment and infrastructure. Network connectivity between the company's head office, Iligan plant, and other sites operational. Oracle E-Business Suite ERP System: Conduct daily database backup and restore; implement and test disaster recovery plans; provide technical and helpdesk support to end-users; act as Website Administrator and Email Administrator; exercise administrative control over IT personnel; responsible in the implementation of ISO management systems in relation to IT. Technical support and administration of the company's Oracle Enterprise Linux, Oracle Database, Oracle E-Business Suite R12, Oracle Reports Builder, Crystal Reports, SQL, HTTP, Windows 11 & 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, VOIP, VPN, and WAN. Qualifications Bachelor's graduate (BS in Computer Science or equivalent). Minimum 3 years IT-related work experience; supervisory role an advantage. Knowledgeable with Oracle Enterprise Linux, Oracle Database, Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Administration, Oracle Reports Builder, Crystal Reports, SQL language, HTTP, Windows 11 & 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, VOIP, VPN, WAN, DNS, Mail Servers, WWW. Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting those technologies. Good interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, problem solving skills.
