Overview

As a Network Administrator , you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s core network infrastructure. You’ll ensure high availability, performance, and security of internet services across offices and properties. This role involves network planning, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to deliver reliable connectivity company-wide.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Preferably with relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate – CCNA)
  • With at least two (2) years of experience as a Network Administrator, preferably in Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telecommunications industry
  • Must be willing to work at the Head Office in Bangkal, Makati City
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adminsisters and maintains the core network infrastructure that supports internet services across DMCI Homes offices and properties
  • Ensures 99% uptime by implementing proactive monitoring, routing, and performance optimization
  • Leads network planning, design, and execution, including core, distribution, and access layers
  • Handles Internet Protocol (IP) addressing, Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) segmentation, routing (Open Shortest Path First – OSPF / Border Gateway Protocol – BGP), and bandwidth management
  • Provides technical support for network issues and ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinates with internal teams and vendors for implementation and issue resolution
  • Documents support activities and continuously evaluates network performance for improvements
