Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE) with managerial experience to lead the implementation of fiber optic and other communication transmission projects, including both local area connectivity and residential installations. The role also involves managing related services such as CCTV systems, managed network services, smart office solutions, and IoT activations.

This position blends hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in telecommunications infrastructure, proven experience in leading project teams, and the ability to manage work from planning through successful delivery.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management
  • Assist and lead the rollout of FTTH and other implementation projects, from planning to installation and maintenance.
  • Handle day-to-day project activities, making sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Track work progress, report updates, and flag issues to the Technical Department Head.
  • Work with contractors, suppliers, and clients to keep operations smooth.
  • Support compliance with safety protocols and project requirements.
  • Guide and support project teams, making sure tasks are clear and carried out effectively.
  • Share knowledge and provide on-the-job training to help field staff build skills and confidence.
  • Maintain clear communication between team members and management.
  • Help manage multiple active projects, balancing schedules and priorities.
Technical Support & Problem-Solving
  • Bring hands-on know-how in fiber optics, structured cabling, and network systems.
  • Help troubleshoot and fix technical issues, whether on-site or remotely.
  • Look for ways to improve processes so projects run more smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keep systems running with minimal downtime and ensure seamless integration.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Licensed ECE with valid PRC ID
  • With at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in telecommunications or related construction.
  • Solid understanding of telecommunications systems, especially fiber optics and structured cabling.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
  • Familiar with project management principles and tools.
  • Preferably with COSH/ AMO/ CCNA/ CCNP certification
  • Strong leadership with the ability to guide and support teams effectively.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage time and resources well.
  • Practical problem-solver with an analytical mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality results.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple projects and keep things moving smoothly.
  • Team player who works well under the guidance of a Project Manager.
