The HRBP will act as an Executive Coach, Talent Strategist, and Culture Shaper, driving initiatives that align people strategies with business objectives to deliver impactful results. If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Align Talent & People Strategies: Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies that support organizational goals, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs. Build Leadership Capability: Coach and develop senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness, foster inclusive leadership behaviors, and strengthen organizational bench strength. Shape Organizational Culture: Champion cultural transformation initiatives that promote innovation, collaboration, and agility within a fast-paced technology and engineering environment. Drive Business Impact: Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that improve performance, engagement, and organizational health. Organizational Development: Lead change management efforts, organizational design projects, and capability-building programs to ensure scalability and adaptability. HR Expertise Across Functions: Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to ensure holistic HR support. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role. Proven expertise in organizational development and change management. Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience in technology or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
