We are seeking a Strategic Organizational Development Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and HR business partner to senior leaders within a global technology and engineering organization. This role blends strategic HR business partnering with organizational development expertise, focusing on leadership capability building, culture transformation, and people strategy alignment.

As a senior IC role, this position demands a hands-on, business-oriented HR professional who can confidently collaborate with executives and influence organization-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Align Talent & People Strategies

  • Partner with leadership teams to design and execute workforce strategies that strengthen succession pipelines and optimize organizational capability.

2. Build Leadership Capability

  • Provide coaching and development support to senior leaders, fostering inclusive, high-impact leadership behaviors.

3. Shape Organizational Culture

  • Champion initiatives that drive engagement, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.

4. Drive Business Impact

  • Translate business goals into actionable HR strategies that enhance performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

5. Lead Organizational Development Projects

  • Spearhead change management, org design, and capability-building programs that enable business scalability and transformation.

6. Deliver Comprehensive HR Solutions

  • Provide guidance on performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and compliance matters, ensuring strategic alignment with global HR standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or OD leadership role.
  • Strong background in organizational development, culture shaping, and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and translate business needs into people strategies.
  • Exposure to shared services or global BPO environments is highly advantageous.
  • Experience supporting engineering, technology, or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Professional certification in HR or coaching (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, ICF) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
