Salary Range : Open Work Setup : Hybrid Shift Schedule : Day Shift Location : Makati City The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Learning & Development Operations Specialist to support the execution and administration of L&D initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on managing exam operations, data reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset, ensuring that all learning activities are executed smoothly, accurately, and on time. Your Responsibilities L&D Operations & Administration Oversee and manage day-to-day L&D operations, including planning and administering internal certification exams and assessments. Coordinate with proctors and stakeholders to finalize exam schedules, distribute materials, and manage exam-day logistics. Respond to exam-related queries and provide accurate information to candidates and faculty members. Maintain accurate records of participant data, results, and learning materials using approved tracking systems. Reporting & Analytics Prepare and update reports and dashboards related to exam performance, completion rates, and other key learning metrics. Analyze L&D data to identify patterns and insights that support continuous improvement in learning programs. Ensure timely and accurate communication of data and updates to key stakeholders via email and L&D reporting tools. Project & Stakeholder Coordination Support small-scale L&D projects, meetings, and review sessions by managing logistics, preparing presentations, and tracking deliverables. Draft and share minutes of meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance operational effectiveness. Continuous Improvement Identify process inefficiencies and suggest enhancements for smoother operations. Take ownership of self-development by completing required domain exams or certifications and expanding technical and analytical skills. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or related field. Technical degrees are also accepted if candidates meet experience criteria. Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Learning & Development operations, program coordination, or reporting. Exposure to exam management, data analysis, or HR support processes is preferred. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (Macros and reporting experience preferred). Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Demonstrated project management and follow-through capabilities.
