Purpose‑Driven Work: Every campaign you run contributes directly to real sales pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Create and manage workflows, email nurtures, lists, forms, and lead scoring. Set up LinkedIn outreach campaigns using industry‑leading tools. Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met. Monitor performance metrics and support monthly reporting. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. Hands‑on experience building smart workflows, automation rules, and lead lifecycles. Experience with LinkedIn automation tools. Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented. Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment. Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing or outbound sales is a plus.
