Project DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with specialized knowledge in payroll. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
Responsibilities- Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients.
- Provide expert advice on payroll regulations and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand the payroll issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support.
- Train and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the payroll system.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.
- Proven experience as SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and practices including Payroll and Time Management configuration
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module along with integration to Finance system.
- Hands on experience in Payroll configuration (schema, PCR, Wage Type attributes, Payroll Posting, Pay Day reporting to IRD) as well as Time configuration (Schema, rules, time evaluation)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central.
