SAP Payroll – SuccessFactors Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain payroll operations within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders to enhance payroll effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for payroll system configuration, maintenance, and updates.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff in innovative payroll practices and best use of SuccessFactors tools.
  • Lead initiatives that streamline payroll workflows and automation.
  • Stay current with changes in payroll legislation and SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Strong background in application maintenance and payroll optimization.
  • Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and enhance payroll systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.

Working arrangement:

2-3x onsite. Day and Mid Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
