Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a SuccessFactors - ECP (ANZ PY) specialist located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The role provides a functional expertise, guidance and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products. What you MUST have Extensive experience as SAP HR Functional consultant implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Completed SF Employee Central Payroll Full Lifecycle implementations including Analysis, Conceptual Design, Blue Printing, Fit / Gap Analysis and detailed realization for the project. Experience in preparation and documentation of functional business process procedures for end-users. Core skills include face-to-face client interaction, HR functionalities, global implementations, unit & integration testing, UAT / regression testing. Performed all round support on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Certification with SuccessFactors ECP module is an advantage.
