The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.**Responsibilities:**• Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients. • Provide expert advice on payroll regulations and compliance. • Collaborate with clients to understand the payroll issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support. • Train and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the payroll system. • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.**Mandatory Skills Description:**• Proven experience as SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant. • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and practices including Payroll and Time Management configuration • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module along with integration to Finance system. • Hands on experience in Payroll configuration (schema, PCR, Wage Type attributes, Payroll Posting, Pay Day reporting to IRD) as well as Time configuration (Schema, rules, time evaluation) • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**Nice-to-Have Skills Description:**• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification. • Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central.**What awaits you in DXC:*** Health Insurance (HMO) for you and dependents upon hiring* Life Insurance coverage from day 1 of employment* 15 - 20 Days’ Vacation and 15 Days Sick Leave* Expanded maternity leave up to 120 days and Maternity Benefits* Expanded paternity leave up to 30 days* Non-Taxable Allowance (De-minimis)* Company-sponsored trainings upskilling, and certification* SMART First Working Arrangements* Healthy and Encouraging Work Environment* Recognition and Pay for Performance Culture* Supplemental Pay (Standby/Shift)* Retirement Program* Employee Assistance Program**If you are motivated to deliver excellent results, want to grow your career and make a difference, come join us.****We are DXC.**At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
