Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, administer enterprise production servers, file servers, email system and application servers
  • Ensure that computer operations are performing properly for the use by employees, either directly or through subordinates
  • Troubleshoots hardware and software applications; monitors performance and resolves any problems with computers; recommends improvement and program changes which need to be made; installs new versions/releases of the operating systems; assists in installing new hardware upgrades/products; keeps management apprised of system status; and contacts appropriate vendors for software/hardware problem resolution
  • Updates hardware and software as needed
  • Coordinates integration of new systems and applications into existing systems and network
  • Provides direct support and training users
  • Develops maintenance schedules and records for computer equipment and applications
  • Manages backup and restoration of information from critical system data
  • Authorizes system access to users and maintains necessary documentation of authorities assigned
  • Provides infrastructure services in all areas needed; storage networking, load balancing, operating system, network security, directory services, server virtualization using system backup and restore, system and network monitoring via SNMP
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Computer Engineering or any related courses
  • With at least 2 years of experience in L2-L3 IT Infrastructure and Security; experience in end-to-end IT Infrastructure Management
  • With remarkable achievements from previous or current employer in relation to IT Infrastructure and Security
  • With experience in vendor management
  • With experience in project management
  • A good team-player and confident in dynamic environment
  • Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
