We are seeking an experienced Infra Corporate Support Lead to oversee the stability, performance, and security of our core network infrastructure. The role will supervise Corporate Support staff, ensure proactive monitoring, and drive the resolution of network issues to maintain high availability across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Corporate Support staff in maintaining core network systems, cabling, and diagnostics.
  • Ensure proactive monitoring and resolution of network alerts and incidents.
  • Oversee patching, firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and change implementations.
  • Coordinate with vendors/service providers for WAN circuits and infrastructure support.
  • Conduct capacity planning, performance reviews, and ensure system high availability.
  • Mentor and guide team members, ensuring SOP and troubleshooting compliance.
  • Participate in security reviews, technical audits, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in network administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise firewalls, VLAN design, and network redundancy.
  • Familiarity with NMS tools and ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
