Overview

Sales Engineer/System Sales Consultant (System Solutions for AEC & Manufacturing) – ProjectPro, Inc. is seeking a results-driven professional to deliver our software solutions to clients in the project management and construction industries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati City, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements related to project management, construction management, and schedule management.
  • Develop new and renewal sales by generating leads through cold calls, industry research, networking, and social media to identify prospects.
  • Demonstrate the capabilities of our project and construction management software solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to help clients select the most suitable products and services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for further business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product/software developments.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in a sales engineer or sales consultant role, preferably within software or technology.
  • Sales experience in construction, engineering products/services is preferred; applicants from other industries are welcome.
  • Effective communication skills across verbal and written formats, including public speaking, sales demos, active listening, and questioning.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to meet client needs.
  • Familiarity with project management and construction industry practices and challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to exceed sales targets.
