Perform controller/device selection or cross-reference based on technical data and system applicationsc. Create visual guide for troubleshooting or installation such as technical drawings, work-instructions, or troubleshooting guide to achieve satisfactory resolutions with customersd. Create a case for all interactions for proper review and report2. Programming of Copeland Controllers with the use of appropriate reference documents.a. E2 Controllers – new applications or retrofitsb. Site Supervisor – new applications or retrofits from E2c. E3 Controllers – new applications pr retrofits from E2d. XWEB Controllers3. System Integration of Copeland Controllers or Third-party controllers that utilizes communication protocols such as ModBUS or BACnet4. Conduct a remote commissioning via phone on start-up sites to ensure all systems are in working condition before signing off with the contractor-on-site5. Creation of Graphical Custom Screens using the standard tools and templates which include mapping of Graphical Instruments and installation into PC.6. Perform Cargo/Marine related requests for both Hardware and Software aspect.7. Troubleshooting and technical assistance of temperature monitoring products for foodservice application.8. Participate in functional cross-trainings across other business teams and/or department9. Contributes to team improvement by documenting information from frequently asked questions by creating KB, Kaizen, WI, or Troubleshooting Guide.10. Contribute to lead generation by identifying inquiries that can be endorsed to projects team or sales team for billing.11.
