Set up manufacturing standard MMR, UPH and usage/k for Assembly and Test. Assemby/Tests capacity analysis.* Control and update plant layout.* Develop and create layout per project requested.* Conduct time study on every assigned process* Develop standard units per hour and KUPD.* Analyze manufacturing assumption, set up time ,QA time number of site, jam rate, utilization, etc.* Analyze and compare actual machine capacity and standard capacity* Maintain Capacity Model data.* Determine machine capacity and requirement per QOP/AOP* Support all MPhil Sites.**Requirements/Qualifications:*** Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering* Establish the IE MFG Standard* Space and Layout Planning* AUTO-Cad Skills is preferable* Understand process/ test flow and other production support* Good Communication and team work* With 0-2 year work experiences.**Travel Time:**0% - 25%**To all recruitment agencies**: *Microchip Technology Inc. **does not** accept unsolicited agency resumes.
