
Corporate Sales Executive

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with , including corporate clients, tour operators, and individual leisure travelers.
- Tailored Travel Solutions : Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing customized travel solutions, itineraries, and group tours that meet their requirements and budget.
- Sales & Revenue Growth : Promote and sell the company’s travel packages, tours, and services to new and existing clients, ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Contract Negotiation : Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Coordinate with the product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are met.
- Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the travel experience, addressing any concerns or issues that arise and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Client Presentations & Proposals : Prepare and present proposals and promotional materials to potential clients, highlighting the unique features of the company’s offerings.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM tracker, and report on sales progress and pipeline updates regularly to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of work experience in sales or client-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
