Conduct market research: Research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and inform strategy. Create marketing materials: Help develop and produce promotional content, such as ad copy, social media posts, brochures, and digital assets. Manage social media: Develop, maintain, and manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling relevant content. Track and analyze performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), gather data, and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement. Client and team communication: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and brief the advertising team, ensuring all materials are consistent with the brand's messaging. SPECIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in advertising industry is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
