Responsibilities Attends meetings to assist the Business Intelligence team. Collects data from internal and external customers to generate reports and operational dashboards. Prepares operational reports to facilitate decision-making. Provides operational support by scheduling meetings and preparing materials for leadership. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications Performs routine assignments and develops skills by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from others. Requires formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area; college or university degree required or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories and concepts. Ability to complete work self-guided or with a team. Conceptual understanding of theories, practices, and procedures. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Impacts the accuracy of own work; follows standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. No supervisory responsibilities; responsible for developing technical contributions. Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; asks questions and checks for understanding. Exchanges information and ideas effectively. Responsibilities & Compliance Develops basic knowledge of the organization, operating processes, and governing policies or regulations. Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards.
