Overview RELX Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Join to apply for the Sales Operations Analyst I role at RELX Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Data, Territory & Account Assignment Management Assist in the design and implementation of territory realignment initiatives that maximize market opportunities and balance workloads across teams. Utilize Salesforce and other tools to monitor territory performance and account engagement while ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and actionable in all platforms. POS/VC Calculation & Contract Management: Review purchase orders & validate contracts, promos & pricing to ensure adherence to company policies and sales agreements. Support VC Operations by validating orders, POS calculation, pay & territory ownership disputes. Sales Process Optimization, Collaboration & Support: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives. Develop and deliver regular reports that provide insights into territory performance, assignment efficiency, and market trends, supporting strategic decision-making. Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, including budget planning, forecasting & pipeline tracking. Assisting Finance with reports on Sales Target & monthly performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree holder Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred but not required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information in a concise manner. Experience in supporting VC operations and familiarity with order review and contract validation processes.
