About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our dynamic team at Teleperformance. This full-time, entry-level position is based in our vibrant Cebu Insular office, providing you the opportunity to kickstart your career in the Information & Communication Technology industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of business intelligence tools and technologies
  • Continuously seek ways to improve data quality, reporting processes, and overall business intelligence capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Practical experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience in working with large data sets
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends in business intelligence
