Job Description

The Marketing Department Head is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This includes driving product movement through innovative campaigns and promotions, while aligning marketing activities with sales objectives.

This role involves enhancing customer engagement and driving digital innovation. Key responsibilities include developing targeted marketing campaigns, optimizing online selling platforms, strengthening client engagement, gathering market insights, and managing brand consistency.

Collaboration with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams is essential to ensure alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will lead and mentor the Marketing team to achieve department goals.
