Job Description:

This is a Work from Office role based in Angeles City

Responsibilities
  • Learning and Development (L&D) overview: The learning and development team drive performance improvement through professional, technical and leadership capability building. Further, the team supports cultural change through alignment of learning and organisational development initiatives. When consulted by the business about learning needs, the team brings a system-based approach to performance consulting to ensure root causes are identified and addressed to optimise long term behaviour change.
  • The Learning and Development Administrator coordinates HSE compliance learning across the business. Their role is to support individuals and project teams to ensure HSE compliance requirements are met by ensuring individuals receive relevant and timely learning. The role is also responsible for ensuring the company's systems accurately track and report all completed training and maintains copies of certificates, tickets and licenses.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organising and managing external HSE training bookings as requested by individuals and leaders.
  • Uploading certificates, tickets, and licenses to the company's Learning LMS, ensuring it is accurate and the source of truth for learning records.
  • Auditing the company's Learning system to ensure all certificates, tickets and licenses are held with expiry dates recorded.
  • Using the HSE compliance requirements matrix to support managers and individuals in ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Ensuring external training providers are meeting the company requirement and raising issues proactively.
  • Processing training-related invoices in accordance with company requirements.
  • Assisting with scheduled training and compliance audits.
Compliance Training
  • Working with the L&D team, HSE team (and the wider business) to ensure that mandatory training is completed, tracked and documented correctly.
  • Processing training requests from Built Learning, internal stakeholders, and individuals.
  • Researching, investigating and selecting appropriate training providers as required.
Learning Management System
  • Managing the collection and uploading of certificates, tickets and licenses in the company's Learning.
  • Tracking completion dates, and overdue notifications.
  • Recording training attendance.
  • Maintaining accurate data in the company's Learning system.
Learning Administration
  • Administering program logistics including venue bookings, facilitators, catering and materials.
  • Processing training-related invoices.
  • Administering program feedback surveys and collating results.
Qualification and requirements
  • No tertiary qualifications are needed for this position, but it does require previous experience in a similar learning administration role for a large, complex organisation.
  • Proven organisational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential, as are strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The role requires proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office).
  • Experience working with an LMS, ticketing systems and Power BI would be beneficial.
