Join to apply for the Learning and Development Administrator role at Cloudstaff . This position is located in Angeles, Philippines (Pampanga) and is a work‑from‑office role with a morning shift. The role focuses on HSE compliance learning support and learning program administration. Key Responsibilities Organise and manage external HSE training bookings for individuals and leaders. Upload certificates, tickets and licenses to the company’s Learning LMS, ensuring records are accurate. Audit the LMS to ensure all certificates, tickets and licences are held with expiry dates recorded. Use the HSE compliance requirements matrix to support managers and individuals in meeting compliance. Ensure external training providers meet company requirements and raise issues proactively. Process training‑related invoices in accordance with company requirements. Assist with scheduled training and compliance audits. Work with the L&D and HSE teams to ensure mandatory training is completed, tracked and documented correctly. Process training requests from Built Learning, internal stakeholders and individuals. Research, investigate and select appropriate training providers as required. Manage the collection and uploading of certificates, tickets and licences. Track completion dates and overdue notifications. Record training attendance. Maintain accurate data in the company’s Learning platform. Administer program logistics including venue bookings, facilitators, catering and materials. Process training‑related invoices. Administer program feedback surveys and collate results. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in a similar learning administration role in a large, complex organisation. Proven organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office). Experience with an LMS, ticketing systems and Power BI is beneficial. Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise and juggle multiple tasks. Confidence in communicating with senior leaders and stakeholders. Willingness to raise issues and concerns to promote continuous improvement. Work Arrangement & Location Work from Office – Angeles, Philippines (Pampanga). Morning shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
