The OD and Talent Solutions Expert (ODTSE) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering programs in Organizational Development, Talent Development, and Talent Management.
This role will also conduct needs analysis, present tailored solutions to clients, and offer opportunities to refer and manage client accounts earning commissions for both new business and account management activities. With at least 3 years of experience, this role is perfect for someone who excels in program design and delivery, client engagement, and business growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The general responsibilities of the OD and Talent Solutions Expert (ODTSE) are, but not limited to the following:
a) Program Design and Delivery
- Develop and deliver customized OD, Talent Development, and Talent Management programs that align with client needs.
- Facilitate impactful workshops, training sessions, and strategy meetings to address client objectives.
- Evaluate and refine programs to ensure maximum effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
b) Needs Analysis and Client Presentation
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client challenges, skill gaps, and development priorities.
- Prepare and present tailored program proposals that address identified needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Leverage insights and industry expertise to build trust and establish strong client relationships.
