Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR support and services for dnata’s offshore Shared Services operations in Clark. The HR Manager acts as the on-ground HR Business Partner for employees across various offshored functions. The role ensures HR practices are delivered in accordance with dnata’s standards and aligned with local employment regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities HR Business Partnering- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all Clark-based employees across offshored support functions.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Support line managers in workforce planning, talent discussions, and HR process adherence.
- Ensure all HR actions (e.g., confirmations, contract renewals, probation, disciplinary processes) are implemented in line with company policy and local labour regulations.
- Work closely with HR to align initiatives and cascade relevant communications and programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records, HRIS data, and documentation in line with internal policy and PDPA/data privacy standards.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with the HR and Shared Services teams.
- Monitor HR policies and practices to ensure they meet the labour law requirements, and escalate risks where necessary.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring HR documentation and processes are audit-ready and compliant.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement local employee engagement activities in alignment with group-wide HR initiatives.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture within the Clark site.
- Gather employee feedback and surface any emerging issues to the HR Director for review and resolution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations or business partnering, ideally within a shared services or offshore environment.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labour law, and HR compliance practices will be an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday) and Microsoft Office applications.
