Traffic Conversion & Promotion Drive fan conversion to partnered game platforms to increase registrations and engagement. Promote dancers' content, live streams, and commercial projects to boost fan spending. Fan Activity Planning & Execution Organize online activities: fan challenges, live co-streams, virtual gifting events. Analyze activity metrics, optimize strategies, and submit performance reports. Crisis Response & Reputation Management Resolve complaints/suggestions promptly to protect brand reputation. Monitor community sentiment and escalat negative feedback for collaborative resolution. Qualifications 1+ years in community/fan operations, proficient in Douyin/Kuaishou ecosystems. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to night/weekend shifts.
